The hands and hearts of our Country home


While we take pride in beautiful facilities, we understand that what truly makes Country Inn Enhanced Living Center special is our exceptional staff.


With decades of combined experience, our assisted living staff members bring not just skill but heart to their work. Many have served here for 5–10 years, and our Inn’s Administrator and Clinical Manager are both Certified Dementia Practitioners.


Our dedicated staff and volunteers are at the heart of Country Inn. From caregivers and nurses to kitchen workers and activity coordinators, each member brings a spirit of service and a heart for ministry. They know our residents by name, understand their stories, and go above and beyond to make each day meaningful.

Whether it’s our Administrator or Clinical Manager offering an open door to listen and resolve concerns, the Activities staff planning engaging activities, or a local minister sharing God’s Word during weekly services, our team is united by a shared calling to serve with love and integrity.
